Using balloons to bring the nativity story in a unique and interesting way.
The balloon nativity is a 30' by 10' panoramic display illustrating the nativity story constructed almost entirely of over 1500 balloons. The 8 hours of construction work is done by kids ages 9 to 16 (with some adult supervision and direction of course).
During the Balloon Nativity display we will have balloon sculptors on hand to discuss the artwork and to make balloon animals for kids of all ages. Other activities during the Balloon Nativity:

"Balloon modeling or balloon twisting is the shaping of special modeling balloons into almost any given shape, often a balloon animal. People who create balloon animals and other twisted balloon sculptures are called Twisters. Twisters often work as busker, clowns, or restaurant entertainers."
